Facilitator Training for
7-session Employability and Wellbeing Programme
The complete training for Barrier Breakers’ 7-Session Employability and Wellbeing Programme is a series of 7 courses, each covering material from one of the 7 sessions. The courses need to be studied and completed in order, as each session builds upon previous ones.
Completion of each course allows you to lead that particular session, once you have also:
- participated in a one-hour PowWow – online or in-person – with other facilitators, to discuss the content, delivery, approach, and learning outcomes of the session
- been the Support Facilitator on the relevant session
- delivered the session as Lead Facilitator, supervised by an accredited BB facilitator
- had a debrief meeting
- been approved
This is the seventh course in the series.
This course covers material for the final session of the series. The format and timings are somewhat different to previous sessions. The Lead Facilitator should encourage the Support Facilitator to be active in the discussions, and help demonstrate techniques in the job interview section, as well as informing them about the flow of the closing section.
