Facilitators Handbook

Since 2000, Barrier Breakers Foundation has been dedicated to ‘inspiring soft skills development’, supporting disadvantaged groups and young people, with a focus on employability and wellbeing.

We deliver a variety of training programmes, all based on our award-winning approach, BBM™ – Barrier Breakers Methodology for Soft Skills Development and Evaluation.

We select our facilitators, first and foremost, based on their superb soft skills capabilities, as well as their enthusiasm for the subject matter, their experience, their expertise as presenters, and their dedication to lifelong learning.
